I have many transparent eye floaters in both eyes of different shapes and sizes (mostly long strands like pearl necklace, transparent dots,ring shape etc)
Transparent floaters (string-like, ring-like, dot-like) usually happen when the vitreous gel inside the eye becomes loose.
If your retina specialist confirmed no retinal tear, then floaters are not dangerous, just irritating.

Silicea 6X – 4 tablets twice daily
Natrum Mur 6X – 4 tablets twice daily
Take for 6–8 weeks.
Dear Doctor I am facing eye floaters problem since 2 months. Ratina specialist said everything is fine and i need to ignore the same. But there are black string like, thread like, white dots are present in both eyes. Is there any treatment for this. Thanks
